100% agree with everything said in this video. It feels like this set was an afterthought and they only included cards like Accesscode, Apollousa, and Crossout just to give themselves insurance against the people who will complain about this product. Borrelend Dragon is just straight up filler lol.

0:36 before really watching the whole video.. the OCG is not as dependant on big displays because their structure decks are lightyears ahead in quaality and quantity. (I collected a lot of Blue-Eyes and that got me back into paper Yugioh) Saga of BEWD compared to the OCG Rise of the Blue-Eyes shows that the TCG re-release (nostalgia bait?) is a ripoff. Ik that Japan decides products and all that for Europe NA and Konami EU is just marketing but its really sad at this point. In addition to that why is there MST in RA02 why not have something like the Pot Collection with old spells and traps for alternative formats.

No Fenrir, Ghost Ogre, Diviner, Thrust, Bystials, Jasmine(Link), Revolution Synchron, Chaos Angel or Dis Pater. No Spright Cards like Blue, Starter or Sprind. Like what the heck is this set even? Like MST? Really konami, is this really the card they believe we need?

technically the product description for RC1 mentions how its meant to be some of the most popular cards from the first 25 years of the game... its not necessarily like... a reprint set for bleeding edge meta players. in terms of lance over chalice, i do believe lance had more play over a longer period of time in the game's history.
