Samad, Great Video as usual. You are really getting good at this. "Kaithangu" is a great effort and may God bless you all. Now about design. Very neat looking design but still I feel there is room for improvement. By combining all the water to a single point, if a single fish gets infected all fish will be lost. Install the UV at the earliest. Also the waste treatment and elimination needs improvement. The nitrification media is totally insufficient. After a couple of months the water will be full of Nitrates and not healthy for small Fingerlings. If you had implemented as independent standing biofloc systems, you would get disease free, healthy and big fingerlings with good fins and tail. Also danger of cross infections are completely eliminated and the feed cost will reduce drastically.

സമദ് . നല്ല വീഡിയോ. കൈതാങ് വളരെ നല്ല സംരംഭം . എല്ലാ വിധ ഭാവുകങ്ങളും നേരുന്നു . ഇനി ഇ ഡിസൈനിന്റെ പറ്റി. വളരെ വൃത്തിയായി ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. അതെ സമയം കുറച്ചു ന്യൂനതകൾ എന്ന് തോന്നിയവ എഴുതട്ടെ . എല്ലാ വെള്ളവും ഒരു സ്ഥാനത്തു ഒന്നിപ്പിക്കുക വഴി ഒരു ടാങ്കിൽ ഒരു മീനിന് രോഗം വന്നാൽ എല്ലാ മീനുകൾക്കും ബാധിക്കും . വേഗം UV ലൈറ്റ് വേഗം വെക്കുകയായിരിക്കും നല്ലതു . നഴ്സറി പോണ്ട് ബയോഫ്‌ളോക്‌ രീതിയിൽ ചെയ്താൽ ഒരു പോലെ വലിപ്പമുള്ള, രോഗപ്രതിരോഗശക്തിയുള്ള വലിയ കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങളെ കിട്ടുന്നതിനൊപ്പം തീറ്റ ചെലവ് കുറക്കാനും സാധിക്കും. അതുപോലെ ഓരോ ടാങ്കും വേറെവേറെ ആയതിനാൽ രോഗങ്ങൾ പടരുകയുമില്ല .

Dear Abdul Samad It would be greatly appreciated if you could kindly provide a detailed explanation of this RAS set up/design, operation and maintenance in a much more professional engineering style and accordingly include the hydraulic schematic flow diagram with pipe sizes respect to the overall volume of water, installation details of all components incorporated into the system with sectional views, water quality chemistry and inspection methodology, necessary precautionary steps against water contamination, spare parts availability with local vendors, approximate cost of operation per unit volume of water, approximate maximum recommended fish density with respect fish size and considering growth rate of the fish until harvest time, and any other special recommendations of experienced farmers or other stakeholders. Probably you could prepare come up with another youtube video session. This would be really helpful for new entrepreneurs and also enthusiastic professionals looking out to venture into this promising and at the same time entertaining business for economic independence and a very high level of self esteem.
