I was fortunate to plan and present the site selection and first master plan of raslaffan to QGPC as a Chief planer of At Bechtel Corp in 1989 October. It is gratifying to see This Project in 2021 , I worked there till 1997. May god the State of Qatar for it Successful future Shiv Mehta
