I love rasgolla a lot and all the while I had tasted the rasgollas of Mumbai ...when recently I went to Kolkatta I got taste of real rasgolla very soft not at all hard and spongy as y get in Mumbai ...it literally melts in the mouth ...Unfortunately u can’t bring it from there ...so I tried ur recipe and didn’t believed that I could do it so well in first attempt ....Very good tips and thanks a lot....
