If Rashford thinks he will have an easy life at AC Milan he is wrong, especially now with the new coach Sergio Conceição! Sergio Conceição is much more demanding coach than Rúben Amorim and he demands a lot of race from his players, in fact race is the most important factor in Sergio Conceição's tactics. Sergio Conceição is very tough and he doesn't have much interest in being friends with his players.
