Being in a leadership position gave her an opportunity to mentor the team, and She was instrumental in helping them to resolve professional as well as personal challenges.
Being a Master Trainer gave her the opportunity to influence and equip a new generation of teachers. She was always drawn towards the working of the human mind and curious about its various facets, this led her to study psychology in greater depths.
