Acne sample diet chart Do's For acne : morning - take water add pinch of Turmeric, lemon, pepper, salt Chew nim k patte Breakfast : oatmeal, sprouts chart, vegetables, besan chilla (add:amla,mint , corriandor) , 2 eggs Mid morning : coconut water, lemon juice, buttermilk Lunch : salad, sabji, dal, roti / millets roti , vegetable quina or grilled chicken with brown rise Evening : green tea / white tea/ hibiscus🌺 tea Nuts / pumpkin seeds Chew a garlic, 5 min after chew it... Don't for acne :sugar, cow milk, processed food

A very informative podcast. Sonia has great and in depth knowledge of what she does. She has given healthy life style to many.. In the times of junk food she is bringing back the home cooked food . where people tell you not eat desi ghee - it’s fattening, she is bringing back dadi and nani maa ka nuskha back into peoples lives.. Thank you Sonia for giving me good health.. great passion you have for what you do. And your knowledge is another level.. and the way you have explained each point is eye opening..

in South also we eat fermented food like baasi khana that means after dinner pour 2 glass of water in left over rice at night to be soaked over night then drink this rice water with chaanch ,little onion, curry leaves ,coriander leaves green chilli all in bagaar
