Wheat flour- 2 cup
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Oil- 1 tbsp
Water- 1 cup (approx) or as required
Oil for frying

Water- 2 cups
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric- 1/2 tsp

Garlic-5-8 cloves
Ginger- 1/2 inch
Green chilli- 2 or to taste
Red Chilli- 2 or to taste
Cumin- 1 tsp
Black pepper- 1 tsp
Water- 2 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves- 2 tbsp
Onion- 1 big size (finely chopped)
Hing- 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
