Yes! The whole time I watched this I kept thinking how in shape Mokko is to hike for so long and still want to stop to gather trees and leaves. Definitely an inspiration to live more healthy and stay active.

Matthew this was a epic hike. Got a feel of the history of the Maroons and the sacrifices they made during those times. The spring water and natural forest gives the place a majestic feel. Ratty is a trooper for sure. No complaints 😄

Epic adventure! I appreciate you taking time with the fungus! As a mushroom enthusiast from Sweden I find it fascinating seeing what the funga is like in an enviroment very different from what I am used to. The red blobs you found at 19:00 aren't fungi though. To me they look like a parasitic plant, probably in the genus Balanophora, or at least in the family Balanophoraceae.

I thoroughly enjoyed this one Matthew. I used to do those mountain hikes in St Andrew but this trail is new to me. Too bad it was raining but you made it. Mokko was his usual funny self while imparting knowledge of the flora and fauna. Seems like Coppy didn't have time to wait on you guys.😊🏝️🇯🇲

I like the way Ras Moko puts on his backpack. Grab your opposite side and tuck your elbow under the proper side strap. That way one hand is holding the strap for the other to find instead of searching behind the back to find it. Well done Sir! Style Sir.

This is a Place where I would love to live right next to this lovely Spring. At the moment I live in the U.K but originally I am from Morant Bay Cotton Tree right next to Robbie’s Restaurant. I. Went to Seaforth Secondary,now High School. Those were the Days of Mrs. Bonner,Mrs. Crosmon and Mr. Gibs. I went to live in Kingston in 1986. One love Mokpo and Matthew. Can’t wait to get there.

Love this video all the way through! I really thought you guys would turn and go back 😂😂. I'm gonna go find this trail when im in Jamaica again for sure. Adventure just waiting to experience.

This was absolutely exhilarating. The beauty of this place is amazing to just live in such an area is just beyond amazing..Ras Mokko has a vast knowledge of survival in such an area. Great video.
