Lovely. I would just add a full-height door to the laundry closet and outside stairs or a ladder for the balcony. What if there's a fire in the kitchen while you're on the balcony?!

I like it tlaga very unique.. sir pagawa naman po sa susunod na bungalow type 3 bedrooms for 60-80sqm lang tapos mejo elevated ung dining area at kitchen tas may balcony xa.. konting overlooking pero ung di maxado mataas yung hagdan mga ilang steps lang.. sana mabasa mo po eto thank u :)
