I came upon this channel by surfing through youtube and have enjoyed the Jamaican experience through Mokkos cooking. I am just in love with lil Ratty. How can we send toys and learning supplies for him? Also, I am a RN, MSN and I noticed Mokkos wife's lower extremities. It appears she has lymphedema or Elephantiasis. Is she seeking medical treatment? This can lead to so many more vascular and cardiac issues. I truly hope she is getting the care she needs and this channel can help benefit those medical needs. The family seem so loving and welcoming to Americans.

In Trinidad and Tobago we use the Dasheen Bush and that's what we call Calalloo Bush. We cook it with coconut milk, pumpkin, okra, pig tail or salt beef or crab or without any meat. Also we put fresh green seasoning, onion, garlic, pimento peppers, all purpose seasoning, black pepper, salt and one scotch bonnet pepper. When leaves and vegetables are soft we use something called a Swizzle Stick to mash up the leaves even further.
