I was in Montego Bay in November for 10 days. Drove through JA to Kingston, but never saw a vegan/vegetarian restaurant. This food looks top notch!

Yes you have to really search through all the Fast food and fried chicken joints to see them. But once you know some rasta you find out there are many and actually one amazing one in Montego bay

Caves, rivers, farms, traditional festive dances, little tukshops with delicious roasted yams and all a that😆 The view from the farms on the hill sides are priceless, it never leaves your memory♥💯♥ (Get a good well known local guide)

There are different opinions on soy/tofu. I have no problem with it as long as it’s non-GMO. Keep in mind that over a billion people in Asia consume soy on a daily basis and I never heard of them having any problems.
