A famous Greek physician, Hippocrates, in 440 BC said "let food be thy medicine and let thy medicine be food" I bet Hippocrates was a Rasta. I was diagnosed with diabetes, but I changed the way I ate. So, no more processed food. Maybe 1 tablespoon of coconut oil for the day and no meat, fish or dairy. Now I eat things from the ground, nothing processed. My blood sugar has gone down from in the 400s to in the 80s-120s. I still have room for improvement, but I will accept my new numbers. When it comes to nutrition for healing, doctors are clueless, or they fear lawsuits, so they recommend medications rather than nutrition.

Is that a stainless steel grater or an aluminum grater? What is tomatis? Is it tomatoes??
@alikkleaeverytingjamaican Жыл бұрын
It is an aluminum. We normally refer to those very small ones as tomatis 🍅 and the larger ones as tomatoes.

How 🤔 can I a grater like that one? I grated 2 coconuts 🥥 last night, and I am getting ready to grater 1 right now. I have a 6-sided stainless steel grater, and the side is very narrow. I want a larger surface for grating coconuts 🥥.

I thought he was saying you can't Rush, meaning you have to take it slowly. It would not make sense to say you cannot wash, because hno one would would want to talk about washing dumplings. Salt is very important to the body, you do not overdo it but you will see people get cramp in the legs, the Dr will say you need some salt. I see so many ita l eating rastas who die very young, so I do t know.
