Depends in some occasions when there are still people inside you are supposed to keep it running at a slow speed since its way harder to start it back up after it stopped completely. If you do that you risk derailing or grip collisions on the towers

Sinceramente ma dovrebbero chiudere gli impianti con certe condizioni, sono andato in condizioni del genere ( a Cervinia sul Cime Bianche ) e non è un piacere
