For the last phase with Raz as a Blood DK. You should/will have VB+AMS for every breath in the last phase meaning. On the the 3rd and 4th breath when the storm has made the area very small, so people have less room to spread, less avoidable damage options, you can add Lichborne into the 3rd and IBF into the 4th to ensure reduced damage to the raid.

Btw if a dps get the lazer breath in p3 with a tank, he may not die but he also gonna mitigate almost nothing so a lot of party dmg.

I was getting small circle as tank on the + / - charge phase so couldnt stand in the grp. You didnt mention this. It was dealing some aoe within the area of the circle.

Do absorbs count as mitigating the thunderous blast in phase 3? (Like AMS) or does it have to be things like icebound, rune tap, shield wall etc

Everything works re DR, but yup as BDK you'll have AMS for every breath you take which negates the damage component.

Hey quick question, i haven't tanked in wow in 10 years, on the electrified jaws, how does the tank swap work? Do you pop defensives tank the jaws, then the other tank taunt swaps and when jaws comes up he defensives? Is there a defensive always available for it? Or can tank just straight tank the initial damage before they get the debuff applied?

You want to allocate a defensive to it each time. Specifically in P3 where the damage you take from the debuff impacts the raid. In the first 2 phases you just need to survive it, so whatever that means at your gear level etc but in Phase 3 - you want to reduce as much damage from that hit as possible.

For the thunderous blast mechanic, the tank that doesn't have aggro shouldn't be in front of Raz correct? I was popping shield wall, and avatar on my prot warrior and we were still wiping, but the other tank was still standing in front of her with me, so I wasn't sure.

Yeh it's a big ass frontal so only 1 tank will take the hit at a time, no one else should be near the person taking the beam.
