Decir lo que siente lo puede hacer cualquiera asi como intentar empatizar con la gente, el problema es lo que dice por que el hacer comparativas no es enfocar en el trabajo musical de Rata Blanca, para mi no hay cancion que se le parezca con esa tematica y encima en español, la voz de Barilari increible, la guitarra de Giardino descomunal, el teclado sin palabras pero la cancion es impresionante. El no entiende español y eso es mucha perdida para la persona que reacciona por primera vez en su vida a "La leyenda del hada y el mago" es mas si él supiera castellano le hubiera puesto 9 o 10 puntos al tema y yo no soy fanatico de Rata Blanca pero hay 4 o 5 temas que son muy buenos y este es el mejor de todos, le daria el Grammy a Rata Blanca. Pero si uno se pone a decir este vocalista suena como el cantante de Dream Theater y el guittarista toca como el de Iron Maiden y bla bla bla eso es una huevada, yo tmb podria hacer reviews asi, espero que vaya evolucionando en sus analisis.

I'm glad you share this, a clear example of how melodic heavy metal (neoclassic metal or melodic speed metal) was already nourished by high notes (besides Rob Halford of course), and Adrián Barilari's voice is a pleasure, many praise his former singer who was also excellent but to each their own, Adrian is impressive too. Another song i recommend "El Sueño De La Gitana", I think there is a live version at the Chateau Carreras before 2000 so it's not excellent quality but it's somewhat appreciated. They got another hit in their country called "Mujer Amante" but that is ballad rock and probably not the taste for everyone, is more like to get the "ladies" into this, you know. Of course Walter Giardino and his guitar is insane. You got it right about the year and the sound, they started in 1985 but blew up in 1990 and after with their album "Magos, Espadas y Rosas" (wizards, swords and roses), this song is one of those successful hits, they blew up in all Latinamerican region and beyond. They put the heavy metal in the radar and mainstream locally, you'll find many more argentinian heavy metal with different styles, but Rata Blanca was a huge influence among many young people and generation back then (me included) to know more about heavy metal and get the taste. Can't wait for you to reach other argentinian legendary rock bands like "Los Redonditos De Ricota" or one of their famous hit when the singer Indio Solari performed in 2016 the all time hit "Ji Ji Ji" and witness "the biggest mosh in the world".🤘 Thanks for sharing this and everyone who suggested you this song. Algunos dicen que las iniciales de Rata Blanca (R B) son por Ritchie Blackmore porque Walter Giardino (guitarrista y líder de la banda) es fan de Deep Purple y Blackmore. Recomiendo escuchar la presentación que hizo Rata Blanca con Glenn Hughes. Saludos.

@@gaf__28call55 En esas listas siempre se considera lo que aporta el guitarrista y el impacto que deja , Por eso nombres como Eddie Van Halen , Hendrix , Gilbert , Malmsteen ,Brian May , Gilmour etc etc ...estaran siempre en los primeros lugares de la Lista de los grandes, a nivel mundial digo , incluso siempre está Hendrix top one , y no por que toque mas que Yngwie o Gilbert , digo , Hendrix nunca hizo sweep picking o tapping y toca super sucio y desprolijo , Pero está ahi por lo que hizo y significo en su tiempo .Walter está muy bien en lo que hace pero esta atrapado en su obsesión de emular a Malmsteen y estar a su sombra no le hace ningun favor .A lo que voy es que el estilo Neoclásico tocado con una fender strato y Marshall + esos sweeping en la escala menor armonica y encima vestirse como pirata ya lo hizo Yngwie por mucho tiempo .
