Ingredients:
1. eggplant - 1 piece;
2. zucchini - 1 piece;
3. potatoes - 3 pieces;
4. tomatoes - 4 pieces;
5. bell pepper - 1 piece;
6. carrots - 1 piece;
7. onion - 1 piece;
8. garlic - 2 cloves;
9. tomato paste-200 ml;
10. water - 150 ml;
11. mozzarella - 3 balls;
12. salt, pepper, basil - to taste;
13. greens
How to cook:
1. cut the eggplant into rings, add salt and cover with water for 30 minutes (to get the bitterness out);
2. cut zucchini, potatoes, tomatoes, mozzarella into rings;
3. for frying, finely chop the onion, bell pepper, carrot;
4. add garlic, salt, pepper, basil, tomato paste+water to the roast;
5. in the baking dish, put part of the roast and put the vegetables as shown in the video;
6. put the rest of the roast on top of the vegetables;
7. bake for 1 hour at a temperature of 200 degrees;
