What always got me was Courtney had huge potential to be a mainstay character. She was a great villain and her fight was actually challenging. Wouldn't mind if she returned as a main antagonist. But if she ever returns, the original VA needs to return

@@brent8407 no, she was alive, they helped her get back on her feet during the events of Deadlocked/Gladiator, it was confirmed she survived a "Horrific attack by two psychotic fans" that meaning ratchet and clank's attack on the Obani moons, but yeah, she survived, she got her career back, and is a bit of a gold digger now.

@@michaeleich8470 the "remaster" is not a remaster, the word Insomniac uses is "reimagining". it's a fanciful retelling of the original story of Ratchet & Clank 1 specifically from the perspective of Qwark, which is why it's so outlandishly different (and absolutely terrible) from the original.

I started 11th grade in the Fall of 2004. Two things happened this fall. Though still going on plenty strong enough to piss me off we were finally in the aftermath of the "Brittany Craze" and "Up Your Arsenal" was released. During this Fall I told my friend "The next person I hear singing 'One More Time' I'm punching and getting Suspended again like last year. He laughed and said "Calm down until this weekend and come over to my house, I've got your therapy." He introduced me to this franchise/game and Courtney. It was glorious. I have never laughed so hard at something or received such immediate relief from something like I did after the first time I fought Courtney. Because of this R&C will always be my favorite franchise and INSOMNIAC my favorite studio. This video turned out well Vive, It's nice to see people other than me still remember Courtney. Best antagonist ever!

I love that when Dance with Ciurtney Gears plays, it perfectly encompasses the musical image of Ratchet and Courtney dancing and fighting for control of who gets to lead the dance, Courrtney starts and keeps it for most of it until ratchet eventually starts to grab a footgold and take his turn with the lead, only for Courtney to taie it right back witth her melody

In the 3rd game, the very first moment she appeared on screen, I fell in love with her immediately. Her being a robotic version of Britney Spears is awesome and I adore her as a character. Its a great story from start to finish, every step an entire character development for most characters. Skid became an agent. Ratchet became a soldier. Clank became an Operative. In the first game, Ratchet develops sympathy for the galaxy, and Clank becomes human. That last line might strike harder considering the third game; he simply wasn't apart of the robot agenda. I get emotional thinking about how intricately the political satire and storytelling speak truth.
