There's a locked bolt that you only have access to after obtaining the magne boots. But the bolt is locked (wrench use) I can't find anything on it. Do you know how to get access to said locked bolt so I can 100% Aridia? I'd really appreciate it. This 1 bolt is the only thing I haven't done aside from the gold bolt at least.
