Pretty crappy demo. You should have shown how to do it on a soft surface properly. There needs to be support for the tool between the item and it. Sheet metal, plastic, or hard cardboard. The edges of the item need to be protected with corners to prevent crushing. Didn't properly tighten either. That's because it was bouncing. If using sheet metal, a handle can be attached to help yank it out after finishing.
