Unduly harsh on that view for me guys. Marking down for things like ‘hard to measure’ but it’s spot on and ‘my mate Dave is afraid of the dark behind the throw’. If it’s 1 board for league matches then it can’t be less than 9/10 for any of it. Nobody expects £50+ darts for house darts either. They are the same so equal game.

Criticising dark at or behind the throw is fair enough. I don’t know of anyone who struggles to play in the light, but plenty struggle to play in the dark. To me, the room lighting is equally as important as the board lighting.

The whole venue is a very good standard. The1 last one with the house darts, can you imagine if they had Luke Littler darts in use, they’d get nicked. No one nicks house darts thrown a million times and serves you right for not bringing your own.

Not sure if any staff were asked before making this video but they’re making updates : - there are three leagues running out of there. - 4 more dart boards being added to the other room with one up on the stage being streamed - and will be hosting a 64 man comp in November

Even with the bar, it was hard to see this as a spot to "throw some arrows down at the pub" (which is what I view this series as). Definitely seemed like a nice place in general, but seemed like a bit of a outlier in the series.

If they've used angles of wood to make the oche square as the walls on a bit of a slant. Would that not mean that the board would be on a slant? Looking at the oche reviewed the double 6 would be an inch further away than the double 11?

Measure the height of oche add to above the bull should be the distance

I play super league out of that venue. We use the board you measured as our match board. We have a board which we only use for super league. We switch the board off next to the match board and leave the other two for practise boards. It’s a great venue and the other teams like to visit us. I will say that the chairs are a little uncomfortable, so I agree with you there. I think your score is a little harsh, but glad you got to visit a great venue in Mk.

I love how you always measure down From board to the floor. Just a question, is the floor level. Five foot eight from board to floor is not necessary five foot eight from where your throwing. I've put some boards up in the local club and use a Lazer level from where one throws from.

I like the light above the hands - my current club venue is quite dark above the players making it hard to keep an eye on your throw trajectory, something I do. Nice place to play though, house darts - meh - at least it's the same for each player testing adaptability pretty well. A good player should sus them put pretty quickly. Love the Oche, my club has slender removable boards only about an inch high, allowing some players to have their toes over and bitching when they get called out :)

10 out of 10 means there is nothing there to perfect it... It must be perfect as perfect can be to get a 10/10. So I don't think the 9/10 is harsh at all imo. I like this series although I am from the Netherlands.... Any chance you can do this in the Netherlands?

In terms of match room you should have asked the owners where they play instead of making your own judgement. I think you need to look at your scoring criteria because on this instance it’s been a bit too harsh.

You cant rave on and give a fixed oche a 11/10 but only give the measurements a 9/10 because the fixed oche wont allow to measure accurately… little bit contradictory there lads 🥴👍🏻

@@missiondarts yes you do a good job reviewing all these pubs/clubs and rating there darts experience but i just thought that youve mentioned on previous video’s how you like a fixed oche, you found one in these premises and even said the measurements were spot on yet marked it a 9/10 because you couldent measure it properly yet stated the measurements were spot on 😃👍🏻
