The food looked great and the owner of the establishment and young lady were very polite That goes a long way. I was hoping Danny gave it a 10 I must admit this establishment looks a great place to visit and have great meal. It's a 10 from me for the gorgeous lamb and customer service.

I am watching from the USA and normally I can understand what Danny and others are saying but for some reason this episode is really hard for me to understand. Danny, you need to try Mamma's Pizza in idle, Bradford. They do Parmo's, Kebabs, and really nice pizzas. In the same row of shops is also an amazing Indian take away/restaurant called Rajashi that do amazing chicken pakoras and gorgeous currys. Both are well worth checking out.

Danny in bradistan. never a dull day round there. The location is the heart of where the uni students live and home to the curry mile area. Shimlas is a great place to eat. The curries , chicken Donner and mayo is their signature items. Danny has not quite mastered the curry eating technique. Curry has to be eaten with a naan in little morsels not with a knife and fork lol

@Max Smith wether its on the bone or not ,the technique I mentioned applies to all curries. It's all down to experience and practice. one may use the index finger occasionally to break the meat off the bone. Thumb ,index and middle finger is the most used and popular technique.

the first time you get to taste the food is with your nose and eyes and if the staff are friendly and well mannered the food will always taste slightly better than it actually does , for instance , yesterdays food might of tasted just ok but as soon as i saw it it put me off so i would have made my mind up before i tasted it , presentation is everything , that goes for the food the staff and the premises
