This is literally life changing!! My question is if there are ever going to be programs to help those who purchased already homes with extremely high interest rates be able to refinance with lower interest rates . I’m talking about help for those who may too be first generation who’ve already bought a home but because the interest rates were so high will likely not succeed in obtaining generational wealth or retirement because of their high mortgage payments.

Unfortunately, the programs are only focused on purchase but refinance is always an option if rates drop and the borrower meets lending guidelines. Thanks for watching.

Sorry, I don't make the rules on these programs. It is designed to help first generation families that have never owned, to do so. No other programs have this restriction, and it is not uncommon to get $10-20K or more in first time buyer incentives. Thanks for watching.
