During the monsoon season we easily get fresh Jamun Fruit and we can make Jamun Shots, Jamun Icecream, Kulfi and many types of dessert. Ingredients -
500 grams Fresh Jamun Fruit (1 1/2 Cup Jamun Fruit Pulp)
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Milk Mawa/Unsweetened Khoya
1 tbsp Ghee
As required Almond Slivers (For Garnishing)
Store it for 2 days on room temperature and upto 5-7 days under the refrigerator
