Fun fact: Japan's House, Phone, and Television alarms all go off at once, and often you only have ~30 seconds to react. It can turn from a small tremor warning to a huge tsunami warning and evacuation.

I found the latvian one cuz i am from latvia, we have one in the city center. I remember one i saw in the bouncy castle. Also i found it by searching latvia sirens and found and added it to series, but if u found it second, 1st worst 2nd best.
