New Nishane...say less😍 I can't wait to smell it! I've smelled the Gucci Flora Gorgeous Jasmine and was also underwhelmed. Cherry seems to be the fruit of the year, I'm curios if you've smelled Room 1015 Cherry Punk, and if so how do you feel it stacks up to TF Lost Cherry. Lost Cherry seems to be the standard that all Cherry frags are judged against lately. Great video as always Josephine🥰

I really like the Santa Maria Novella house. I went to the boutique-museum in Florence and you can see and feel the roots of this brand that go back to 1221. Here's hoping that they never get bought up by one of the big international companies.

I came here for Lovefest by Kayali, I own a 100ml bottle of every single Kayali fragrance and I love them all … I feel Mona really knows what she wants and stays at it till she smells it! Anyway happy to hear the positive vibes on this new fragrance. And on a side note I finally got Aerin’s Hibiscus Palm after hearing you talk about it all the time ..can we say? … I love it! Love you! 💞

I teach college art courses in Florence and I take my students to Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella every semester to draw or take photos. It's the oldest pharmacy in the world and they just celebrated their 800th anniversay in 2022. What a gorgeous, history-rich place with truly lovely employees! L'Iris is fresh and etherial and created from irises grown in their own garden just outside of the city. However, Tobacco Tuscano is my absolute favorite fragrances of all time from this house and I will never be without it. If you're a fragrance lover and visiting Florence, Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella is not to be missed!

merchant of Venice is a very underrated house imo. their usual line with those Murano glass bottles are absolute beauties! Venetian house so creates a special interest for me. I love fenicia. there are some others too that i really like tbh. still getting to know a lot their scents.

From all jasmine scent I tried, the best one is Jasmins Marzipane by Lancome it is stunning and compliment getter; it smells sooooo good!!!! people always ask me what Perfume do I have on me? It is long lasting, great sillage❤️but underrrated.

I have a sample of the new Aerin joyful bloom 🌸 and it’s absolutely amazing on my skin. It last all day and night and I even could smell the next morning on my skin. So for me it’s a gorgeous one and I think I will get the full bottle 😍🤍

As for performance, i had the same issue w my Kayalis upon first spray but then find that they usually get stronger & last longer with time ! Rly curious abt those new Carners too!

I trust your reviews SO MUCH. Totally agree about Good Fortune, it's not bad but I wanted so much more from it as a new flagship frag. After smelling some Tom Fords I hadn't tried before I was just like oh wow... that's average. Speaking of Tom Ford I feel like you would love Tubereuse Nue, its like if Do Son had a raunchy, naughty and WAY more powerful cousin

Great video. I shall not seek out a sample of the new Perris Monte Carlo since it is masculine. I'll stick with my Arancia d'sicilia. I was so excited for the L'iris by SMN, but sad to hear it is soapy. Darn. I was at the shop in Miami, but L'iris wasn't released then. I bought Lana which I feel about Lana as you do the new Nishane. Like nothing in my collection. Love the smaller size by Corner, I just don't need more large bottles. Your video is so helpful, I shall stick with my Lost Cherry. 🤩

I have a travel spray of the Kayali and I love that it’s smokier than most cherry fragrances. I WISH so much that Kayali would make their fragrances stronger/more long lasting. They would sell so many more. I don’t think they realize how much of the market they’re missing by having such weak performance. Their stuff smells great but just disappears.

I think they use cheap materials and water it down to capitalize. That’s why I hate perfumes that don’t last because I think they used cheap materials to create it and want to charge $300 plus for a perfume that cost $0.05 to produce

I mean everything is a scam/capitalist way to get our money. It’s all about branding. Mona and Tom Ford can put out perfumes with terrible performance because people buy for the name. If people only wanted a boozy woody cherry that badly they could buy a boozy woody cherry perfume oil from an Etsy seller. People want to buy a boozy woody cherry contained in a Tom Ford or Kayali bottle and to tell people they paid X amount for Tom Ford, Parfum de Marly, MFK, or Xerjoff prices for a couple ounces of scented liquid. But to each their own.

Will DEFINITELY check out the Amouage Royal Tobacco (amazing complex notes on Fragrantica!) + the new Nishane Tempfluo (love Saffron, Praline/almonds, citruses, Jasmine Sambac with the cedar/vanilla base!!). I love strong spicy/resin/balsamic/indolic/woody/smoky scents. Those notes just are chef's kiss with my skin chemistry! Most of my fave frags have these exact notes! 😍😊💘👌

I was excited for Good Fortune as it seems so different from Flowerbomb. The only flanker in Flowerbomb that I enjoy is Nectar. Yet it is also a pass for me for the same reasons. Also I sense the same flowerbomb metalic DNA at the center. As for Gucci Flora, my sentiments are also the same. I love them both. Yet since I am only going to add one for now and that is the Jasmine. The Flora Gardenia is creamier. I sprayed both onto a shirt yesterday and find myself more drawn to the Jasmine since I am looking for something that does smell fresh and reminiscent of a bright morning. Thanks for the introductions to other world known brands. Look forward to trying them out.

the new gucci perfume was disappointing to me, much prefer the warm jasmine rather than fresh. good fortune was also a miss for me, didn't live up to the note description and was just boring. im super interested in the new lovefest perfume though!

Think Amber Chromatic will shine through in winter . This fragrance lies on the dry down. I sprayed it on a card and 2 weeks down the line my house smells like Amber Chromatic. On my skin it did not work but on a card after a week the dry down is stunning so am on The fence with this one

Prefer many other 2022 releases to these. Opus XIV to me also was better on paper than it was on skin. Like Mana from Nishane, love Gris Charnel Extrait from BDK, like Purple Suede from Goldfield & Banks. Then again, an absolute ton of duds too. Kilian's Kologne - horrendous, Xerjoff's P33 - great scent with abysmal performance, BDK's Villa Neroli - I mean, it's feminine, so I'm not the target demo; Roja's Apex wasn't for me either.
