It contains polyunsaturates, monounsaturates, potassium, zinc, iron, and a bunch of other nutrients. The chocolate I have no argument with but replace that with some 70% dark and it's a hell of a lot better.

When I was a kid we used to eat my moms favourite childhood treat. We put full fat butter on sliced bread with white sugar sprinkled over it. You can sprinkle a little milky tea over it to stop the sugar from rolling off. Its not toasted. Wash it down with a cup of milky tea. I love your creation. Enjoy 😊

Whether it's dishes that are popular across (Western) Europe, like stews, soups, bread, sausages, charcuteries, cheeses, game, fried stuff (something especially popular in the Low Countries), cakes and other pastries... the North Sea/English Channel region, like maatjes, mussels... or just the Low Countries (the Netherlands, Belgium and the north of France), like speculoos/speculaas (also biscoff sold by Lotus - a Belgian company - which is popular across the world; that's literally why they're selling it as biscoff instead of speculoos), (various types of) waffles, pancakes, oliebollen/smoutebollen, stoemp, etc. Then again, up north you guys don't really have the Burgundian lifestyle we have down south (I didn't list any dishes that are "exclusive" to Flanders; I do put exclusive in parenthesis, because e.g. stoofvlees/carbonara Flamand is basically just a specific type of stew/ragout). Also the fact that in cities like Amsterdam there's a culture of eating exotic (or well, seemingly exotic - as it's often also covers dishes inspired by foreign cuisines) foods. Due to the sprinkles being included I feel a little offended myself. Sprinkles are also pretty common in Belgium. Not just on bread, but also on cakes and stuff. But representing our breakfast with just sprinkles isn't something I'd be happy about. The videos about the German and French breakfasts resemble Dutch breakfast better than any of the videos about Dutch breakfast he made do. PS: that sh*t he made looks atrocious. Don't know why you'd think that's "better" - I mean, this is sarcasm. He probably spit it all out right after.

@@ewoudalliet1734 nah bro I'm Dutch and here in the Netherlands the most standard traditional dish for dinner is cooked potatoes with like broccoli or beans, without any seasoning and a random piece of meat. It's so incredibly bland and boring. Also, in England for example, sausage or meats in the morning are very common but here in the Netherlands we just eat a few slices of cold bread with 1 condiment on it. This man at least tried to make it more interesting. The bread here is also ass imo, I'd way rather have French penne or baguette. The only thing when it comes to food that I like here are the various snacks and unhealthy foods, which every county has when you think about it. We just don't have any complex or tasty traditional dishes imo. But in most places in the Netherlands people eat from all cultures anyways when it comes to dinner so I can't really complain either lol. Just not a big fan of the original food here
