Location, location, location. Southern California beach front property in specific areas has always been some of the most exclusive and expensive real estate. Surprisingly the $105m in Colorado, where it snows, is only a little over 8 acres. The $109m in SoCal is a little over 4 acres. I really dislike SoCal and I would still rather have a place on the beach there than in Colorado for those comparable prices. However, in central Oregon you can get FORTY THOUSAND acres for $59m. No neighbors for the win!
