It seems, now apex court has also cleared more on 'ratio/ reason and decision part of any judgement..Literal following of ratios are not necessary, (i.e. even if there is ambiguity or clarity issue), and decision i.e. principle as drawn up, would not lose its value as precedent, till gets overruled..
