I mostly agree with dr. Yasir Qadhi. However, I do believe that jinn has their unique form just as we do as humans. In the Quran Allah SWT explains that angels has a beautiful form, wings, etc and they are basically an energy. The jinn are also energy based creatures so they must have a unique shape exclusive to their world.

They get fed these false notions, ideas, and beauties about existence and think that we are our own Gods or that we are all God or some other false idea. The Jinn are ancient and can toy with a human’s mind to think they found some wisdom. That’s where the whole “woke psychedelic” culture arises from. Simply people are taking haram substances and getting fooled by Jinn smh. Sadly I’ve done LSD before and that’s where I first left Islam. I got fed these absurd ideas in my head and thought I figured it out but thankfully Allah has guided me back on the right path away from all those terrible things.

A jinn appears to me in my homeland in a human form at night when I was sitting on a chair while my mom was sleeping beside me. She came out under a tree and I couldn’t move my body and I was just looking at this young girl until she went and then I started moving again. I couldn’t get afraid 😟 I don’t know why. Another jinn tried to attack me when I went to the shop at night coming back home. Walahi it was so scary. When I turn back. I saw a wide scary figure running towards me. Alhamdulillah I was just about 5 seconds from entering my house. When I ran and enter I saw my mom and dad sitting. I told them 😩 I even dreamed about that figure in the same night. I was 14 years when all this incident happen. Now I am 18 living in Sweden, wearing hijab, practicing my deen and Alhamdulillah trying get more closer to Allah. Am not afraid of jinns and they are no more appearing. I just have this sleeping paralysis sometimes when I don’t follow the sunnah before going to bed. There is something that presses me so hard that I can’t move no parts of my body. I will know that I am awake but I can’t do anything. I just try and recite ayat al kursi and the last three Surahs in my mind. Then it will stop and sometimes I even shout when it stops pressing because of the pain I feel and can’t breath that much. I think for two months now it didn’t happen Alhamdulillah. I have been following the sunnah every night and practicing. Alhamdulillah. If you are having something similar. Please just following the sunnah by taking wudu before sleeping, reciting surah mulk, last 3 surahs etc 😊😊 I promise this will really help Bi’ithnillah.

There is none worthy of worship in truth except Allah Alone, He has no partners, He has the Dominion and for Him is all praise, and He is capable of all things, praise is for Him, and Far is Allah from imperfection, and There is none worthy of worship in truth except Allah, and Allah is the Greatest, there is no capability nor is there any power except with Allah. "Then he says: Allaahumma aghfirlee. O Allaah forgive me! Or he supplicates and his supplication is answered, and if he makes Wudhu and prays, then his prayer is accepted. 2. Dua That Guarantees You Jannah (Sahih Al-Jami, An-Nasa'i, Ibn Hibban) Prophet Muhammad SAW (PBUH) said: "Whoever recites Ayatul Kursi, verse 255 from chapter number 2, Surat Al Baqarah after every obligatory prayer, then nothing is stopping him or her from entering Jannah, except one thing: Death." 3. Dua That Wipe Away Sins (Sahih Al-Bukhari, Muslim, At-Tirmidhi) Prophet Muhammad SAW (PBUH) said: "Whoever says: Subhana allaahi, wa bihamdih How far from imperfections Allah is, and I praise Him. "a hundred times during the day, his sins are wiped away, even if they are like the foam of the sea." 4. Phrases That Are Heavier On The Scales Than An Entire Morning Of Recitation (Sahih Muslim) Prophet Muhammad SAW (PBUH) said: "I recited four words three times after I had left you. If these are to be weighed against all you have recited since morning, these will be heavier." These are: Subhan-Allahi wa bihamdihi, 'adada khalqihi, wa rida nafsihi, wa zinatah 'arshihi, wa midada kalimatihi. Allah is free from imperfection and I begin with His praise, as many times as the number of His creatures, in accordance with His Good Pleasure, equal to the weight of His Throne and equal to the ink that may be used in recording the words (for His Praise). 6. Dua To Be Save From Totrments Of Grave Allahumma inni wa a'udhu bika min adhabil qabri O, Allah! Saves us from the torments of the grave. 7. Dua For The Best In The Dunya And Hereafter Rabbana atina fid-dunya hasanatan, wa fil'akhirati hasanatan, waqina 'adhaban-nar. O, Allah! Our Lord give us all the good of this world, and the good of the hereafter, and Save us from the punishment of the Fire. 8. Dua To Help Pay Off Your Debts (Sahih At-Tirmidhi) Allahum-makfinee bi halaalika 'an haraamika wa aghninee bifadhlika 'amman siwaaka O, Allah! Suffice me with what You have allowed instead of what You have forbidden, and make me independent of all others besides You. 9. Dua Of The Treasures Of Paradise (Sahih Al-Bukhari, At-Tirmidhi) Prophet Muhammad SAW (PBUH) said: "Shall I not tell you of a word which is one of the treasures of Paradise?" La hawla wa la quwaata illa billah There is no power and no strength except with Allah. 10. Dua To Literally Boost Your Energy Before you sleep recite: Subhana allaah 33x, Alhamdulilah 33x, Allahu akbar 34x 11. Dua That Protects You From All Evil (Sahih Ibn Majah) Bismillaahil-lathee laa yadhurru ma'as-mihi shay'un fil-'ardhi wa laa fis-samaa'i wa Huwas-Samee'ul-'Aleem. In the Name of Allah, Who with His Name nothing can cause harm in the earth nor in the heavens, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing. 12. Dua To Get Prophet Muhammad SAW (PBUH) Help in Yawm Al Qiyamah (Sahih Al-Bukhari) Prophet Muhammad SAW (PBUH) said: "Whoever says the following, after hearing the call of adhan, the call of prayer I will intercede for them yawm al qiyamah." Allaahumma Rabba haathihid-da 'watit-taammati wassalaatil-qaa'imatah, Aati Muhammadanil-waseelata walfadheelah, Wab 'ath-hu maqaamam-mahmoodanil-lathee wa'adtah. O, Allah! the Lord of this perfect call, and the lord of the prayer that is about to be established, grant Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) al waseela, Resurrect him with that status, that is so praise worthy, which you have already promised. 13. Dua Forgiveness All Believers Allahumma ighfir lil muslimeena wal-muslimaat, wal-mu'mineena wal-mu'minaat, al-ahyaa'i minhom wal-amwat. O, Allah! forgive the Muslim men and Muslim women, the believing men and the believing women, the alive from them and the dead. 14. Benefits Reciting Surah Ikhlas - Reciting 3 times a day is equivalent to reciting the whole Qur'an. - Reciting 10 times a day and Allah will build for him a house in paradise. 15. Sayyidul Istighfar (Sahih Al-Bukhari, Sahih Al-Jami, At-Tirmidhi) Prophet Muhammad SAW (PBUH) said: If somebody recites this invocation (given below) during the day, and if he should die then, he will be from the people of Jannah. And if he recites it in the night, and if he should die on the same day, he will be from the people of Jannah.” Allahuma anta Rabbi la ilaha illa anta, Khalaqtani wa ana 'Abduka, wa ana 'ala 'ahdika wa wa 'dika mastata 'tu, A 'udhu bika min Sharri ma sana'tu, abu'u Laka bini'matika'alaiya, wa abu'u laka bidhanbi faghfir lee fa innahu la yaghfiru adhdhunuba illa anta. O, Allah! You are my Lord! None has the right to be worshipped but You. You created me and I am Your slave, and I am faithful to my convenant and my promise as much as I can. I seek refuge with You from all the evil I have done. I acknowledge before You all the blessings You have bestowed upon me, and I confess to You all my sins. So I entreat You to forgive my sins, for nobody can forgive sins except You. 16. Dua For Protection From Shirk Allahumma inni a`udhu bika an ushrika bika wa ana a`lamu wa astaghfiruka lima la a`lamu O, Allah! I seek refuge in You from knowingly associating partners with You, and I seek Your forgiveness for that which I do not know. Inshaa Allah, may it benefits you guys. Ameen Please save this and share to as many people as you can. Everytime they recite just once, in shaa Allah you will also get the reward. Whoever says (the above) a hundred times during the day, his sins are wiped away, even if they are like the foam of the sea.[Sahih al-Bukhari; #7:168, Sahih Muslim; #4:2071] 2. ‎سُبْحَانَاللّهِوَبِحَمْدِهِ- SubhanAllahi wa biHamdihi (Glory be to Allah and Praise Him) Abu Dharr reported that the Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, "Shall I tell you the words that Allah loves the most?" I said: "Yes, tell me, O Messenger of Allah." He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The words dearest to Allah are: subhanAllah wa bihamdihi”. [ Muslim and at-Tirmidhi.] 3. ‎سُبْحَانَاللّهِالْعَظِيمِوَبِحَمْدِهِ- SubhanAllahi 'l-`adheem wa biHamdihi (Glory be to Allah, The Supreme, and Praise Him) A palm tree is planted for the reciter [of the above] in Paradise.[at-Tirmidhi; 5:511, al-Hakim] 4. ‎سُبْحَانَاللّهِوَبِحَمْدِهِ،سُبْحَانَاللّهِالْعَظِيمِ- SubhanAllahi wa biHamdihi, Subhan-Allahi 'l-`adheem (Glory be to Allah, and Praise, Glory be to Allah, the Supreme) Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Two words are light on the tongue, weigh heavily in the balance, they are loved by the Most Merciful One." [Sahih al-Bukhari; #7:67, Sahih Muslim, #4:2071] 5. ‎سُبْحَانَاللّهِ- SubhanAllah (Glory be to Allah) Whoever recites [the above] one Hundred times, a thousand good deeds are recorded for him or a thousand bad deeds are wiped away.[Sahih Muslim; #4:2073.] 6. ‎لاحَوْلَوَلاقُوَّةَاِلَّابِاللّهِ- La Hawla wa la Quwatta illa Billah (There is no Might or Power except with Allah) [the above is] a treasure from the treasures of Paradise.[Sahih al-Bukhari; al-Fath al-Bari #11:213, Sahih Muslim #4:2076] 7. ‎سُبْحَانَاللّهِ،والْحَمْدُللّهِ،وَلااِلهَاِلَّااللّهُ،وَاللّهُاَكْبَرُ- SubhanAllah, walHamdulilah, wa La illaha ilAllahu, waAllahu Akbar (Glory be to Allah, All Praise is for Allah, There is No God but Allah, Allah is the Greatest) The above are mentioned as the four most beloved words to Allah. It does not matter with which one of them is begun.[Sahih Muslim; #3:1685] Abu Sa`id (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, "Perform the enduring goods deeds (al-baaqiyaat al-SaliHaat) more frequently." They asked, "What are these enduring good deeds?" The Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) replied: Takbir [Allahu Akbar], Tahlil [la ilaha illallah], Tasbih [Subhan'Allah], alhamdulillah, and la hawla wa la quwwata illa billah. 8. سُبْحَانَاللّهِ،والْحَمْدُللّهِ،وَلااِلهَاِلَّااللّهُ،وَاللّهُاَكْبَرُ- SubhanAllah, walHamdulilah, wa La illaha ilAllahu, waAllahu Akbar (Glory be to Allah, All Praise is for Allah, There is No God but Allah, Allah is the Greatest) Prophet Muhammad (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said:“For me to say (the above) is dearer to me and all that the sun rises upon (ie the whole world).” [Sahih Muslim; #4:2072] 8. ‎سُبْحَانَاللّهِ،والْحَمْدُللّهِ،وَلااِلهَاِلَّااللّهُ،وَاللّهُاَكْبَرُ،وَلاحَوْلَوَلاقُوَّةَاِلَّابِاللّهِ- SubhanAllah, walHamdulilah, wa La illaha ilAllahu, waAllahu Akbar, wa la Hawla wa la quwwata illa billah (Glory be to Allah, All Praise is for Allah, There is No God but Allah, Allah is the Greatest, There is no might or any power Except with Allah) (The above) are the good deeds which endure[al-baqiyaatuS-SaliHaat] 9. ‎سُبْحَانَاللّهِ،والْحَمْدُللّهِ،وَلااِلهَاِلَّااللّهُ،وَاللّهُاَكْبَرُ،وَلاحَوْلَوَلاقُوَّةَاِلَّابِاللّهِ- SubhanAllah, walHamdulilah, wa La illaha ilAllah, waAllahu Akbar, wa la Hawla wa la quwwata illa billah (Glory be to Allah, All Praise is for Allah, There is No God but Allah, Allah is the Greatest, There is no might or any power Except with Allah) Abd Allah ibn Mas'ud reported that the Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said: "During the Night Journey I met Ibrahim (alayhis salam) who said to me: ‘O Muhammad, convey my greetings to your Community, and tell them that the Paradise is of pure land, its water is sweet, and its expanse is vast, spacious and even. And its seedlings are SubhanAllah, walhamdulilah, wa la ilaha ilAllah, waAllahu Akbar (the above).’” [at-Tirmidhi] 10. ‎الْحَمْدُللّهِ- Alhamdulilah (All Praise is for Allah) - Verily the best supplication is (above). [Sahih Muslim; #4:2073] 12. لااِلهَاِلَّااللّهُ- La illaha ilAllah(u) (There is No God But Allah) 11. ‎لااِلهَاِلَّااللّهُ- La illaha ilAllah(u) (There is No God But Allah) Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said:"When a servant of Allah utters the words la ilaha illallah (there is no God except Allah) sincerely, the doors of heaven open up for these words until they reach the Throne of Allah, so long as its utterer keeps away from the major sins.” [at-Tirmidhi] 12. ‎لااِلهَاِلَّااللّهُ- La illaha ilAllah(u) (There is No God But Allah) Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, "Renew your faith." "How can we renew our faith?" they asked. The Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) replied: "Say always: la ilaha illallah." [Ahmad] 13. ‎لااِلهَاِلَّااللّهُوَحْدَهُلاشَرِيكَلَهُ،لَهُالْمُلْكُوَلَهُالْحَمْدُوَهُوَعَلَىكُلِّشَيْءٍقَدِيرٌ- La illaha ilAllahu, waHdahu la shareeka lahu, lahul Mulku, wa lahul Hamd, wa Huwa ala kulli shaiy'in Qadeer (There is No God But Allah Alone, who has no partner. His is the dominion and His is the raise, and He is Able to do all things) Whoever says the above ten times, will have the reward for freeing four slaves from the Children of Isma'il . [Sahih al-Bukhari; 7:67, Sahih Muslim; #4:2071] 14. ‎لااِلهَاِلَّااللّهُوَحْدَهُلاشَرِيكَلَهُ،لَهُالْمُلْكُوَلَهُالْحَمْدُوَهُوَعَلَىكُلِّشَيْءٍقَدِيرٌ- La illaha ilAllahu, waHdahu la shareeka lahu, lahul Mulku, wa lahul Hamd, wa Huwa ala kulli shaiy'in Qadeer (There is No God But Allah Alone, who has no partner. His is the dominion and His is the raise, and He is Able to do all things) Whoever says the above one Hundred times, has the reward of freeing ten slaves, a hundred good deeds are recorded for him and a hundred bad deeds are wiped away and he has gained refuge from the devil that day until evening and none shall come with anything better except someone who has done more.[Sahih al-Bukhari; #4:95, Sahih Muslim; #4:2071] 15. ‎أَسْتَغْفِرُاللَّهَالْعَظِيمَالَّذِيلاَإِلَهَإِلاَّهُوَالْحَيُّالْْقَيُّومُوَأَتُوبُإِلَيْهِ- Astaghfirullah al-'Adheemal-ladhi la ilaha illa Huwal-Hayyul-Qayyum wa atubu ilaih (I seek the forgiveness of Allah the Mighty, Whom there is none worthy except Him, the Living, The Eternal, and I repent unto Him) Whoever says the above words, Allah will forgive him even if he deserted the army's ranks.[Abu Dawud 2:85, at-Tirmidhi 5:569] 16. ‎اللَّهُمَّأَنْتَرَبِّىلاَإِلهَإِلاَأَنْتَ،خَلَقْتَنِىوَأنَاعَبْدُكَوَأنَاعَلَىعَهْدِكَمااسْتَطَعْتُ،أعُوذُبِكَمِنْشَرِمَاصَنَعْت،أَبُوءُلَكَبِنِعْمَتِكَعَلَىَّوَأبُوءُبِذَنْبىفَاغْفِرْلِىفإِنَّهُلاَيَغْفِرُالذُّنُوبَإِلَّاأَنْتَ- Allahumma anta Rabbi la ilaha illa anta, Anta Khalaqtani wa ana abduka, wa ana 'ala ahdika wa wa'dika mastata'tu, A'udhu bika min Sharri ma sana'tu, abu'u Laka bini'matika 'alaiya, wa Abu Laka bidhanbi faghfirli innahu la yaghfiru adhdhunuba illa anta (O Allah! You are my Lord! None has the right to be worshipped but You. You created me and I am Your slave, and I am faithful to my covenant and my promise as much as I can. I seek refuge with You from all the evil I have done. I acknowledge before You all the blessings You have bestowed upon me, and I confess to You all my sins. So I entreat You to forgive my sins, for nobody can forgive sins except You.) The above du'a is known as the Sayyid al-Istighfar and is the most superior way of asking for forgiveness from Allah. Whoever says it during the day with firm faith in it, and dies on the same day before the evening, he will be from the people of Paradise; and if somebody recites it at night with firm faith in it, and dies before the morning, he will be from the people of Paradise.[Sahih al-Bukhari 8, 75 #318] If someone implements ten verses of the Qur'an, He/She will not be considerate amongst the negligent on the Day of Judgment.[Abu Dawud, Ibn Hibban] If someone implements one hundred verses of the Qur'an, He/She will be considered among the obedient on the Day of Judgment.[Abu Dawud, Ibn Hibban] Here is the link. islam.ru/en/content/story/dhikr-and-tasbih-sunnah Please save this and share to as many people as you can.
