Twitch looks broken ngl that 228 crit auto attack while having 329 attack damage is just too high. At some point riot should just change his W or passive to give him any semblance of penetration.

You would literally have to have a Nasus support (E max) and ask enemies to not move out of Nasus E to do any damage these days as a Twitch player.

Riot games... There used to be so much variety in twitch builds. You could go on-hit with old tempo and actually shred tanks. Now on hit item's are shit and don't even scale anymore, you can't go over 2.5 AS, you can't even stack multiple armor pen items anymore. They nerfed all boots except tanky boots and even buffed tabi? Fucking lucidity boots give 10 haste, attack speed boots 25% AS, it feels like you're trolling not building defensive boots on any champ. Am I missing something?
