He wouldn't have hit it anyways. Elise has E and akshan too. This isnt silver where the players will just stand in it.

@@keesdekarper Elise didn't have e tho.. with 15 ability haste its a just over 19 second cd, she used it at 20:39 in game, meaning it comes up at 20:58 which is exactly when she used it. For her to have had rappel up right there(about halfway though the fifth second of 11:05), she'd need at least 50+ ability haste. Considering I'm not silver, and I've played since the game came out on disc in 2009 at best buy and basically have a built-in cooldown tracker in my head, on top of her and akshans movement path, he should have used it there. Even if he used it to zone, he should have cast it, that's not really up for discussion.

I heard him say something about Yamato telling him that he needs 1 Dark Harvest 1 per level compared to 14.12. But that is not true. At level 13 you would need 10 stacks to be even with 14.12. So with Rat being level 7 and 10 stacks his DH was already doing more than before the changes. Also compared to the average game, you rarely end level 18 to get the full damage that DH offered before changes. So as long as you are within 2-4 stacks compared to your level, you will do the same damage or do more damage then previous patches. Example with the average game: 14.12 Level 13 9 souls 62+45=107 damage Level 13 10 souls 62+50=112 damage 14.13 Level 13 9 souls 20+81=101 damage Level 13 10 souls 20+90=110 damage

All this math instead of saying "Dark Harvest is a shit rune, don't take it." Electrocute is higher damage before a lot of DH stacks, and it's better to have more damage early for snowballing (which will in turn compensate your poor rune scaling with a better item curve due to said snowballing).

@@Baba_Lemonade Another reason to take Dark Harvest is becasue of the ability to reset on takedown which means you can prok it mutiple times per fight. Electrocute is more for combo+burst on a single target. On bot lane, your dark harvest can prok twice in an all in if you kill two.It is also significantly better in teamfight and we all know bot lane is where the most of the action is on rift.

@@beigaming8403the thing is that comet is probably still more consistent. Doesn’t have to rely on stacks, more consistent poke in lane and also procs multiple times each fight because of the cd decreases

Brand's spells light his targets ablaze, dealing damage over 4 seconds, stacking up to 3 times. If Brand kills an enemy while it is ablaze he regains mana. When Blaze reaches max stacks on a Champion or large monster, it becomes unstable. It detonates in 2 seconds, applying spell effects and dealing massive damage in an area around the victim.
