Thzt beetle would be fun with a van transaxle installed...good for jumping logs, stumps, and such obstacles. I would suggest adding larger cylinders and pistons, if you are needing more hp. 🇨🇦🤔🤔👍

What a great find! The rims by themself would bring more than what you gave for the whole car here in sweden. (BTW they're called "rostyle" or SA-sprintstars). As a vedub fan myself it'll be very interesting what you have in mind for this one. What a cool adventure that you actually drove it home. South African safari in an old baja bug!

With Air-cooled VWs sometimes the misfiring can be a valve adjustment. They need to be adjusted regularly and most people don't do it, so whenever buying one just assume it needs it.
