Hey Frank, very nice that you and friends dedicated a time to this great song of our "Maluco Beleza", as Raul is largely known. Could I suggest you another great song of Raulzito? Try "Mosca na Sopa". That's a song that kind of mixes the musical influence of an afrobrazilian religion called Candomblé and a strong 50's/60's rock chorus. The song criticizes the Brazilian military dictatorial era, when a lot of songs, movies and overall culture suffered censorship. Basically, he sings that it is worthless trying to shut up one's mouth, since always there will be another one who's coming to protest. Try it, and I'm pretty sure you're gonna like what you'll see. Raul criou um conceito que ainda tem seguidores: "Sociedade Alternativa". Fez uma música sobre isso, com esse mesmo título. Em plena ditadura militar, em seus espetáculos falava coisas inacreditáveis, mas como tinha fama de "maluco" (e muitos fãs...), os militares o deixavam relativamente em paz.
