RAV4 V6 Short Ram Intake Install

Since we are all stuck at home, hopefully everyone is working on their projects or creating new ones. Like this mod. It wasn't on my list of things to do but after reading up about it on the RAV4World forums, I had to do it.

Speed Daddy (Ebay copy of a K&N Typhoon SRI) for the 07-11 Camry
Mishimoto MMCP-30SBK 3.0 Inch Black Straight Coupler
SPECTRE 9405 (MAF kit to get the 2.75'' Sleeve)

I have a 2010 RAV4 V6. To keep myself sane, I rebuilt the front and rear suspension since parts were cheap in during quarantine. Hope you enjoy the new intake! I'm definitely considering one!

You ain't said shit there! My co-workers laugh at me and my V6 RAV4 (07 with 38k miles). Yet they refuse to race me in the pickup trucks.

So a month later, any thoughts or comments since then? Curious if there was a noticable change in acceleration or mpg. I just put a k and n air filter in the stock box.

2 mpg improvement, might move to an Apexi Power air filter later.

does the Speed Daddy not come with a coupler for the throttle body? or is the Camry throttle body different?

What did u do with the vacuum hoses ?

According to the directions for the K&N intake, deleted them and capped off the line ends. No CEL's.
