Your Rav4 suspension project seems so good and complete. I drive a fifth generation Rav4, and trying to make suspension more suitable for highway driving I did the following: First was Cusco front tower brace, which only add firmes and direction fast response. Second I lower it 1.3 inches with coils from RS*R Japan.and control and rear bouncing improve completely. Finally I add a Cusco rear sway bar, with this: highway speed became a joy and superb control, compared with original suspension. Although low speed city driving became a bit harsh, so much that I have thought in removing Cusco rear sway bar and set back the original one, or buy the front sway bar from Cusco and see if it balances a bit. Unfortunately there still aren’t Bilstein shocks for this Rav model. I have a question: What can you tell us about front and rear cusco sway bars working together? I would like to know what things you moved so that the oil pressure indicator is working if it was simply to put the SXE10 oil pressure sensor or there was something else.

Do you know what’s part of the arm brace II you installed. Cause on a lot of websites it’s saying. Cusco 195 477 A. Doesn’t fit the is300 us made

Many thanks! Got the resistor and installed it as instructed. Worked like a charm! This alleviated me from spending money on something that I can visually check every now and then! Now just gotta figure out how to do it on a Tacoma!

If you just take the roof rack bolts out, will rain water leak into the cabin of the car? Or is it still sealed in some way below the bolts and above the cabin felt roof?

I appreciate your help in getting that light off. 150,000 miles on my Corolla does NOT make changing those overpriced valve stems or their little batteries. Believe it or not, in the dark ages, we checked tire pressure periodically and manually.

2010 RAV4 and lived with that squeaking for a long time. Asked my mechanic and he didn't know the root cause. Can confirm the Bofn item in description link fixed issue for me. Had to readjust one time to get it where it's nearly gone. Really have hit a big bump to get squeaking, but even then it's still a lot quieter. I used the affiliate link in description to help out even if it didn't work (it did) as video pointed me to root cause. Thanks!

Wasn’t the same way, but similar with my AE86. I always wanted one when my brother showed me Initial D, but I felt as though I would never get one. When I was looking for my first car, I saw a 1985 Celica GT-S for sale “near” me for exactly how much I had saved up, and bought it. And through that car, I learned so much about the communities, Toyota, and just other cool retro stuff. Eventually a friend of mine said that he had an AE86 GT-S Coupe he was going to put up for sale and wanted to know if I wanted it. And, well, now I own a 1986 AE86 GT-S!

The Initial D part I can relate to, but not for the same reason. For me it's cause of the Trueno fanboying and the outrageous prices it has created.

I'm with you on Initial-D. I have never actually seen it, I am not much for anime in general, but that show has killed this car in many ways. I have to say though, you dont see much of that anymore. People generally dont pay 30K+ on a whim after watching anime...
