Rava Halwa Recipe in Tamil

In this video we will see how to make rava halwa recipe in tamil. This is a very tasty halwa with a very interesting texture. The texture can be changed from soft to rubbery based on how long we cook the halwa. Compared to the traditional halwa recipes we can use less sugar and ghee while obtaining excellent results.

1 cup Rava
3 Cup Water (2 + 1/2 cup+ 1/2 cup)
1+1/4 cup Sugar (250 g)
1/2 cup Ghee (100 g)
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder

Hi steffi, yesterday I had tried this. It really came out well👍 only thing is I have added more sugar so it becomes more sweet than halwa taste. So anyone going to try this plz make sure of sugar quantity. I think one to one and half cup of sugar is enough for 4 cups of water. Taste was awesome👍 easy and super sweet👏
