Her voice is so soulful and controlled. You can see that she knows that she is going to be on top of each note. Not just opening her mouth and hopes it comes out. Some people try to sing with the "pretty face". Not the case here! Can you tell I was raised "sang'n" in church? Lol....mmhmm ... Loved it! ;)

As a singer myself you have to do what is comfortable for your voice. She has a great sound and a great control of her voice you may think that she was too safe but she was just right. No one knows better than a singer how it feels to lose your voice if you dont stay in the range that you have for your voice.
