i just want you to know that i've been struggling a lot with personal issues, and everyday feels hard dealing with my brother's death and struggling with home life. this video brought tears to my eyes, and gave me a comfort i wasn't sure i'd feel again. i can feel my brother right here with me, and everything feels like it's going to be okay, like i planned when i was little. your artwork is beautiful, and i love how calming everything is, from the music to your brushstrokes. thank you for making me feel at ground again, and i'll definitely be watching more of your content! i can't describe how much it means to me that art could make me feel this way, and what better to watch than your beautiful artwork. thank you so much, even if you didn't realize how at home your art makes me feel.

oh my gosh it's like a cat paradise 🥺they look so lovely with the color palette, the atmosphere is very gentle and sweet. Also these travel brushes seem really nice! It's always good to have art supplies you can take on the go ✨I have the other goauche videos queued up right now so i'm excited to see this art journey 🥰 It's hard though because I want to try this gouache SO badly, but I promised I would focus on watercolor for now lolo 😅 Watching videos like these definitely make me want to try it out someday soon~

“How to use it” is pretty hard to answer because gouache is so variable! It’s opaque unlike watercolor, but if you water it down it looks like watercolor anyway. It’s flat and solid like acrylic but you also have the opportunity to blend the layers beneath by adding more water. It’s a cool paint type.

Pro tip here: When you paint with gouache, use less strokes. makes your work cleaner. your work are great but it would become a whole lot better looking if you use less strokes when applying the paint.
