There's just something very unique about the performance of this piece, particularly in the tutti portion of this piece (13:08). Estrada really has a great attention to detail in painstakingly finetuning the blending of the texture, how strong each section plays occasionally alternating the dominant sound from one section to the other. He really brought out Ravel's ingenuity in orchestration by paying attention to the color and the blending. Of all the renditions of this piece I've heard all over KZbin, this one blew me away. I had to listen to that part again because it felt like I heard something new. Bravo! Bravo!

I hopw the musician who played both the tenor and soprano sax solos got paid double 😉. I have not seen that before in this piece. He didn't have a lot of time to make that switch.

Hui moin no'mol. Bei automatischer Korrektur muß ich immer aufpassen. Teilweise sind die Verbesserungen unbrauchbar oder es sind manche Wörter futsch, weg, auf Wiedersehen!?
