In Fallout 3 Mothership Zeta, if you have the Mysterious Stranger perk you can use a dialogue option to claim you have a friend who will save you while in the cell when you wake up. This will summon the stranger to fight the aliens. Edit: Why can I only see 1 comment? I know there's 13. Edit 2: Okay, the stranger won't attack but it's still one of the few moments we can use perks in dialogue in Fallout 3. The others being Black Widow/Lady Killer, and Child at Heart.

The true antagonist indeed. I always kill her but I make sure my Karma is very high so it won’t drop very fast. I wish we can gain good Karma for killing her. Doctor Li may be a Bitch but he’ll even Pinkerton says she’s a Bitch and the Lone Wanderer can admit it too. But Anna is something else

Yeah and getting the Doctor outfits u you gotta either kill them or reverse pickpocket them. At least you get one for free from a generic scientist who explodes himself inside a truck lbut gotta make sure you see his body landing if not it’ll be difficult to find. Science Outfit and Lab Tech Outfit are similar to each but with noticeable diff really no big deal. BUT Doctor Li if we make a quick analysis is actually what seems to be the Lab Tech outfit but looks very clean as if it was a pre war version of it.

Seems odd that she would say "What are you going to do? Kill me?" She is saying this to: 1) The most combat tested person working on project purity proven by clearing it of super mutants (even a few of those would be a feat for the average wastelander) 2) The same person who lost their father to the people she helped without a second thought 3) The LW who had to have been captured but is now walking around a highly secure base fully armed for some reason For a smart person it's pretty stupid of her to think that killing her wouldn't be something the LW would do...

You can blow the door off the front of Raven Rock from the outside at any point during the game. It triggers the vertibirds that you see flying away during your escape, as well as the sirens. No way to enter Raven Rock proper though without commands.

Well arguably most of Fallout 3 Takes place in Virgina not Maryland since settlements like Tennpenny, Megaton, Littlelamplight, The Outcasts all reside in Virgina

Yep, anything west of the Potomac is Virginia. (Or West Virginia, but that doesn't come in until Fallout 76.) In the real world Raven Rock is a secure bunker in southern Pennsylvania where the top U.S. military command (i.e. the Pentagon) will move to in the event of nuclear war. So it makes sense the Enclave would have taken it over.

BTW, the Raven Rock Mountain Complex is an emergency operations center for the US military in the real world, so it makes sense that the Enclave would occupy it. Oddly, Bethesda had created a location called "Raven Rock" in the Bloodmoon expansion pack for Morrowind years before Fallout 3. Was the Raven Rock in Solstheim also named for the place in Pennsylvania?

Also if you go to the outside door before the base is destroyed, you can shoot it and the door will blow off its hinges as if by an explosion. You can also do the same thing exiting the base before it fully opens.

Mothership zeta has a giant purple arrow out of bounds. Its in the area were you use the elevator to get into the trash sector. You can see it by clipping out before using it.

In Fallout 3, after accepting the "Holy Water" side quest then nuke Megaton, Mother Curie III will turn into a feral ghoul reaver and Brother Gerard will turn into a regular ghoul with special dialogue. I even uploaded a video of this because I wasn't sure anyone else has done it. There will also be a few special dialogue options with the two of them to threaten blowing up Megaton. Gerard will encourage you to do it and Curie will express fright and tell you not to. Completing the quest this way will also give a unique response with Brigsley talking about what happened to Megaton.

The Enclave is such an interesting faction. It kind of saddens me that they've been basically eradicated in the lore. They could have splintered off and gotten the BoS treatment with interesting politics and internal conflict, but instead they just got rekt.

Technically the Great Kahns originated from vault 15 alongside the Jackals and Vipers. They existed before the NCR did, and originally were a raider gang that would raid Shady Sands, a town composed of other former vault 15 dwellers and what would expand to become the NCR.

No its impossible. Fallout 3's main plot is extremely linear. In New Vegas though you can work alongside remnants of the Enclave who lived through the events of Fallout 2. You can also get them to side with you in the final battle.
