just for the remainder, you dont need to feed your old gear to your new buy Tear, you can actually save tha gear for future use beacuse it has great stats by example i have a +10 int bow (other chars). and a second advice to not feed you gear to your new buy Tear, its because you will loose a level of infusion in the upgrade, buy example a yellow t2 will become a purple t3

You loose a level of infusion because it takes more infusion exp to get to the same level at higher tiers. Same goes for 2 handed weapons and 1 handed. I infused my t3 bow into a t3 scepter and gained infusion level because it takes twice the amount of infuses for 2 handed weapons. You never loose them, you can jump around as much as you want.
