Yes they are important not only due to the rep but also due to them helping you unluck stuff, areas, secrets etc

The quest Hunting Zendano is not available for me to be able to get to the rats. Is there a prerequisite because I can't find one. I've done almost all of the quests on the island.

Maybe due to the legacy level??

@@ToteTorres69 I'm legacy 37 and my buddy has been doing the rats since before that. There's a quest inside town itself I haven't completed bc I needed to lvl a bit more first, but I wouldn't think that is stopping me bc it is way harder than the rat area. The one where you have to blow up the barrels.

Quests are pretty much just for unlucking reputation perks. for lvling up not worth it

Start by doing quests in Harbor it is bound to show up
