God damn this song makes me feel so empowered at the gym. That clean breakdown between 2:23-3:00 gave me that extra determination to push through one last rep on the bench press where I went for my 10th rep at 185ibs. Can't wait to see what my max will be when I go for it next week!!

Didn't do as well as I expected. Max was 290 but that's what I weigh so I've broke even at this point. Been a long time since I lifted when I wrote this (about 7 years prior). Used to do alot more when I was in high school doing football and only weighing 230ibs. Was really hoping I could push 3 plates like I used to. I'm getting there though!! More concerned about dropping my weight than getting stronger. It's been an uphill battle for me! Lol
