It starts out before he finds Snow White, while he worked for the Snow Queen, and then it has a brief history of the first one, and then it talks about how he finds his love, and stops the Snow Queen

but the story doesnt make any sense with the first one... -Finn mention that he raped and killed the huntsman´s wife. Which none of that was true. So there was no reason for huntsman assume it was true. He saw his wife been killed in front of him (Freya stage that with the illusion) -The timeline is fuzzy, while in the first one Huntsman seems he his greeving for some time. But in winters war, its seems it was a few weeks. -Ravenna and Freya dont mention Finn death at all. While its clear that Ravenna did love her brother. While its Ravenna mention that Finn, Freya and herself were separated while younger, -Ravenna married a cruel king, who raped her several times. But in the sequel theres no mention how Freya and Ravenna got together and why Finn is nowhere to be found. No mention of Finn is between them. -When Ravenna was with Freya she seems nice and happy... but turned against Freya, after the mirror had manipulate her. After the baby Freya left Ravenna. But in the first it is mention that Ravenna was already a black widow before she meet Snows father. Again this trait, is no mention before Freya leaving Ravenna. So was Freya so clueless about Ravenna marriages? But in the sequel gives the sensation that After Freya living, Ravenna went in such dark path. -Again Freya didnt mention about Finn or be worried not seeing him, before leaving Ravenna -Freya built a empire and in the sequel is mention that people knew about the Huntsmens and her Kingdom. But in the first, Ravenna never mention about Freya Kindgom, and somehow she as clueless about that specific huntsman. Ravenna only wanted a random Huntsman to track snow white. Otherwise she would ask Finn to ask to Freya some help.which she didnt. -Ravenna did know about Freya Kigdom. its mention on the sequel, that Ravenna allow Freya kigdom, because she surrounded her sister with hers. -In the first indicates that Ravenna was born with the gift of her mother, while in the second Freya was more powerfull because she was born with that gift, while Ravenna somehow "learn"... its not explicit. Because says that Ravenna got from her mother (maybe the ability to not grow old) while Freya for some reason got her blood stronger. Again its not very clear. As a standalone movie is decent and better than the first. But as sequel, have too much flaws

It's been a few weeks since the first movie, but it's been at least 2 to 3 years since Freya played that trick on them. As for the other things, I think I need to reread it to understand better what you are saying. That's my fault as I am just skimming it.

O filme é maravilhoso. Muito bom mesmo super indico. Pena que na época não foi valorizado como devia e não teve o sucesso que merecia. Parece que teve uma treta com a atriz que fez a branca de neve aí o pessoal não deu atenção ao filme por que não tinha a alta atriz

Sim, mas teve essa polemica. As o povo nem gostou da atuaçao da stuartson como branca de neve. A questao é que o segundo tipo parece que nao sabe o que quer ser... reboot?remake? sequela? e depois nao conecta com os eventos do primeiro filme. Especialmente entre as irmas! Demasiado buracos no roteiro que constratam com o primeiro. Um exemplo é a morte do Finn. Freya jamais pergunta por ele. E Ravenna nem menciona ele. Ravenna gostava de Freya e de Finn isso era notorio. Obviamente a sua ambiçao a levou a ter aquele comportamento. Mas no primeiro, a morte de Finn é sentida pela Ravenna. Ela inclusive grita de dor... E no entanto ela nao menciona ele? Freya nem quis saber do irmao? Outro furo é a convivencia de ambas. O primeiro é revelado que Ravenna apos ter sido separada do Finn e da Freya, foi obrigada a casar com o rei cruel em que seria violentada. E que depois de matar o esse rei cruel, tera ido atras dos irmaos (suposiçao, porque nao ha nada relatado) em que ela apenas encontra Finn. No segundo, A Ravenna esta com Freya e de uma forma que vive uma vida tranquila. E Finn esta ausente. Ambas nunca mencionaram ele. Nem mesmo quando Freya saiu do reino. Finn revela que foi ele que matou a mulher do caçador, dizendo que se lembra dela, porque ela lutou... indicando que a tinha estupra... Cujo o Caçador olha para ele com ar de admiraçao. Talvez porque ele nao sabia quem teria sido. Mas no segundo, vemos que Freya criou uma ilusao e que foi um caçador que matou a mulher dele. ele viu isso. Nao havia motivo nenhum para o Caçador querer vingar a morte da mulher ao querer matar o finn. O cacador ja tinha aceitado a sua derrota na luta contra o Finn. A branca de neve é meio que largada. O caçador se apaixona por ela e fica com ela, depois se caga nela (porque ele nunca mais fala sobre ela) e meio que dá um lembrada que ainda ama a mulher que por sinal esta viva. E jamais menciona a cagada que fez. Ou seja ,Huntsman criou o famoso ghosting. Existe mais inconsistencias na historia. O filme como standalone ate que nao é mau, mas nao se insere na historia do primeiro.

Pelo que entendi fora os furos todos mencionados o filme era pra ser um prelúdio contando a história da ravena antes de branca de neve e bem no.meio do filme tem uma menção que o príncipe fala da da branca porém não aparece e depois daria continuidade como se fosse depois de branca de neve até aí tudo bem. Mas os furos do irmão são gritantes e a história fica toda picotada. Tudo ficou bagunçado ainda mais porque a atriz de branca na vida real teve uns rolos com o diretor e enfim cortaram ela do filme. Eles poderiam ter feito um filme totalmente independente sem conexão com branca de neve, usando até a quase a mesma história seria muito melhor. Eu gosto bastante do filme mas as falhas são gritantes sem dúvidas.

Esse filme é ótimo mas na minha opinião teria sido melhor a Freyia matando a Ravenna depois de descobrir a traição... ou numa briga de poderes as duas morrerem... achei a morte da Freyia meio "fraca". Mas ainda assim um belo filme.

Well, maybe. But, I think it added more to the story. The reason why Ravenna killed the child was to protect Freya from the pain of losing that child. And why didn't Freya kill her sister? Well, she loves her sister and, instead of killing her (which I thought she did but I could be wrong) she helped her release all that anger. One thing that doesn't add up is how Ravenna has a brother, so why doesn't Freye mention him.

I truly feel like this movie would have done better if the first movies star and director didn't get caught hooking up, despite Kristen Stewart being in a relationship with her former costar Robert Pattinson and the director whom she cheated with wasn't married with 2 kids. The second movie was tainted and while the main characters didn't involve either of the offending parties, the fan base just couldn't get past the betrayal between husband and wife, actress and actor who previously shot 5 films with one another.
