I used to live right behind Sofi, saw it built from the ground up. For Chargers games there’s usually a balanced if not a majority of the opposing team’s fans. Rams, not so much! lol when the Niners, Cowboys, Raiders, Seahawks and a host of other teams play the Chargers, you’d think LA were the visitors!

Let's give Zach Orr credit. We were all calling for his head but he's turned this defense around. Eddie Jackson and Marcus was a huge problem. Also keep in mind Zach Orr had no previous experience as a DC. Mike Mcdonald (who struggled his first year here as well) at least had college DC experience. I think Orr will be fine. The players have to execute.

Biggest take away from the game was that Monken had adjustments to the strong defensive start by the chargers. Then we got to relive the “good old days” watching Greg Roman send 3 receivers to the same spot when they need chunk plays on the 4th😂😂😂.

The 2pt made no sense because it would of been an 8pt lead. 2pt conversions are hard to get. I understand the two score thing but would you rather be up 8. Or 7 because we failed the conversion. They can’t win an 8 point game but the can win a 7point game against us if they convert a 2pt conversion. These are the type of plays that cost us in big games against the Steelers or chiefs. Every point matters. Fortunately we played the chargers and it didn’t matter in the end. Still happy with the sun but we still had quite a few mistakes.

My main take away is the NFL officiating DESPERATELY needs improvement it feels impossible for a ravens db to play defense especially the two on Marlon they were perfect coverage just refs felt a different way also to the Ricard “tripping” penalty all the illegal shifts that just randomly happen when we get a gain of good yardage it makes NO sense but I swear they miss so many calls on us there’s no explaining other than the refs playing favorites.
