Slow it down guy. Not only is it not a catch but at no point was the ball between his hands. It looks to me like it hits off of OBJ hands then hits Fuller in the chest, head or shoulder before falling to the ground. If you pause at a certain frame you can see OBJ about hit the ground while the ball is behind him acouple feet away. Clearly not a catch, also thats not how the rule works.
