India's Ravi Kumar Dahiya fought valiantly but fell short of winning a gold medal following a 7-4 loss to ROC’s Zaur Uguev in the 57kg freestyle wrestling final, earning an Olympic silver for his efforts.

The problem with India is that every Olympics we don't have many athletes representing our country because people here aren't professionally trained or don't have resources. This year however a lot more people turned up than ever and won more medals than ever. A turning point for sure.
