He can speak in Hindi, but he should have also spoken in English considering that the opposition media is Australia and speaking in English is good for marketing the sports in Australia. Note that cricket in Australia is not very famous like in India. In Australia, rugby , Australia footy, AFL football are more famous. So as a opposition team it is better to speak in English so that atleast the media can bring the news to the Australian people so they can have more interest or atleast have the current interest.

It's not Jadeja's job to decide the PC... It's the media manager's job..He decides who'll get an opportunity to ask questions...In PC not all reporters ask questions...The PC was exclusively for Indian media only and Jadeja answered them in Hindi...Australian media came there at their own will...There's only few minutes of time before team bus departure...Jadeja answered few questions and then team bus was ready to go so he went...
