People easily get the seat in overbooking. There are different factors why airline overbook the flight. I'm an airline worker and we follow different procedures in order to provide people seat. This can only work at the gates though

Hi Ravish, I know the pain. We are also were also waiting for visa for my inlaws since Dec 2020. Visitor visa are not being processed You have 2 options 1. Reapply on the new portal. I did that for my mom and she got it last week in 30 days. 2. Apply using PHAC and compassionate grounds. Hope this helps.

Ravish bhai , you need to reapply the visitor visa . IRCC has launched a new portal. I applied for my parents and got the visa in exactly 3 weeks. New portal is the right and fastest way .

Is it regular visa or super visa, as super visa is taking lot of time. Well Canadian immigration is very slow, that is what worries me as I would be moving to Canada in next 2 months on work visa. But again, I see no other option. I did my PhD in US and worked for total of 10 years and came back to India to be closer to parents. But 2 years in India have broken, frustrated and burned me down beyond repair. I have job offer from Sweden, US and Canada, but chosen Canada as I know I can get PR in 1 year (as it is already in initial stages) giving me at will entry and exit. My parents don't have Canadian visa, that's whats haunting me down. Even biometrics slots are booked for months by dalals in India and sold for 40,000 INR. Getting visa processed is very difficult from India at this time, as they are focusing on students and worker visa under GSS.
